  I Haven"t eaten here for ten years we used to go occasionally when we had visitors it was very good then. My hubby suggested that we go there for my Birthday. The reservation has been made, I will let you guys know if it still stacks up. Well we went, First there were only us and another couple in the restaurant.The ambiance was as i remembered it. The food was very good my hubby had a steak cooked to perfection. I had pasta lovely. The restaurant changed hands about six months ago , it dose't seem as pricey as I remembered it . A very present Monday evening.

  Very overpriced for what it is. Expected some pretty fine dining stuff for the price of the meal but, instead, got something that would struggle to compete with a surf club. Tasty enough but with little to no effort in presentation or quality, it is not a place I would go back to. Staff were friendly and helpful when you could get their attention. We were one of 3 small occupied tables and the staff were happy just standing around in the bar area, rather than paying attention to empty drinks and customers' body language. The restaurant probably missed out on at least 2 rounds of drinks being purchased because of this. Not saying don't try this place, just make sure you have a pretty good voucher as it is not worth anywhere near full price.
